Welcome to the Committee for the Advancement of Better YCM, which has hitherto be referred to by its acronym, CABYCM, or can just be called "The Committee". Here we will discuss ways in which the site can be improved, whether through the creation of quality competitions, the sharing of tutorials and resources for other members, marketing campaigns on other sites, etc. Members on this Committee are expected to be fairly active, and every 2 weeks, elections will be held to decide Sub-Committee leadership assignments. In those times, members will put forward their paperwork to enter their name in the running for one or more leadership positions, and then members of the Committee will vote on that decision, with changes being made at the discretion of the Committee President.

There will be an announcement shortly, I am discussions with YCMaker+ (I just add + to any titles for this site) as to the beginning projects of the group.
For now, make suggestions here, as any site can benefit from input from its members.

Yes, I'll wait until we get more members. 4 staff is more than enough for 20 members.
